Under the Support for Economic Growth and Institutional Reform (SEGIR) vehicle, DevTech is a member of consortiums for the Global Business, Trade, and Investment (GBTI II) through 2012 Macroeconomic Policy, Poverty Alleviation, and Economic Institutions and Analyses (Macro II) through 2009, and Commercial Legal and Institutional Reform (CLIR) through 2009.

Sustainable Urban Management (SUM II) through 2009. DevTech is a member of the small business holder, Mendez England & Associates. Work in economics includes urban services, budget reform, urban policy analysis, and urban finance.

International Governmental Integrity and Anti-Corruption Technical Assistance Services Indefinite Quantity Contract (Anti-Corruption IQC) through 2008.

  • Designing and implementing monitoring systems to assess economic and social impact of rural roads construction and rehabilitation in Guinea.
  • Conduting cost-benefit studies for five municipal markets in El Salvador.

Global Market Intelligence and Trade Data Analysis

  • Assisting the United States Government to monitor trade capacity building activities.
  • Tracking trade statistics and developing easy-to-use interfaces for a variety of clients.

Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Advancement and Integration

  • Assisting the government of El Salvador to establish a market intelligence and competitiveness unit to foster SME participation in international markets.
  • Developing curriculum to improve vocational skills for workforce and small business development in Honduras.
  • Researching the value chain process in Guatemala and Tanzania to identify opportunities and difficulties of SMEs, and to determine how SMEs can thrive in local, national, and global markets under an amended Accelerated Microenterprise Advancement Project – Business Development Services (AMAP-BDS) contract.
