DevTech is implementing the Combating Exploitive Child Labor through Education in the Dominican Republic project (2007-2011) as follow-up to the successful project that the firm conducted from 2003-2007.

DevTech is collaborating with CARE on a U.S. Department of Labor-funded project--Combating Exploitive Child Labor through Education in Central America (2004–2009)--to combat exploitive child labor in Central America.

DevTech is the prime contractor for USAID/Guatemala’s Decentralization and Local Governance Program (PDGL, acronym in Spanish). PDGL (2005-2009) is working to improve the capacity of 4 mancomunidades and 15 municipalities to provide services to their residents, support decentralization policy, and enhance citizen participation.

DevTech manages USAID’s Economic and Social Data Base (ESDB), develops global, sector-specific statistical information and user-friendly systems to analyze large data sets as part of the services provided under the Economic Analysis and Data Services contract (2007-2012).

DevTech as an Associate on a project to Eliminate the Worst Forms of Child Labor in Colombia (2007–2010) is providing technical assistance to implement non-formal education activities for marginalized and at-risk children and youth.

DevTech provides Environmental Compliance Support Services (2005-2008) to the Bureau for Europe and Eurasia and the Missions to help them meet their objectives of environmental compliance with federal regulations and procedures through developing appropriate management information systems, training, and special reporting.

DevTech is conducting an evaluation of the impact of Fast Track Initiative funding on the development of community schools in Zambia.

Through the Moldova Governance Country Threshold Program, DevTech provides technical assistance under the Tax Administration Reform Component, which is designed to prevent and deter corruption in the administration of tax law by reducing opportunities for corruption and improving efficiency in tax assessments and collections.

In Morocco, DevTech is a subcontractor on the Improving the Business Climate in Morocco (IBCM) Program. This program supports the government's efforts to be more responsive to the needs of business, so that business may more effectively contribute to Morocco’s goals of expanded economic growth and job creation.

DevTech is a subcontractor on the Nigeria Restructured Economic Framework for Openness, Reform and Macroeconomic Stability (REFORMS) project (2005-2009), which supports the Government of Nigeria in streamlining the budgeting process and improving public procurement at the federal level. In addition, REFORMS provides capacity building support to government agencies and civil society organizations to increase transparency and accountability within the government.

DevTech is the prime contractor responsible for implementing USAID's Safe Schools Program (2003-2008), a five-year pilot program to reduce school-related gender-based violence (SRGBV) to improve educational outcomes and reduce negative health outcomes.

Under the Women in Development IQC, Short Term Technical Assistance & Training Task Order (2002-2009) DevTech offers on-demand, short-term technical assistance and training to USAID operating units to help integrate gender concerns in their activities.

As a subcontractor to DPK Consulting, DevTech is leading the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategy for the Strengthen the Capacity of the Accountant General of the Federation of Nigeria project (2007-2008).

DevTech is a subcontractor working all components of the Tax Policy and Administration Reform (TPAR) project in El Salvador. TPAR (2005-2009) is supporting the Government of El Salvador’s efforts to improve and modernize tax policy and administration.

DevTech is a subcontractor on USAID’s Ed Data II (2004–2008) activity, which is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating education data through the use of surveys at the household level.

As part of the Accelerated Microenterprise Advancement Project – Business Development Services (AMAP-BDS) contract, DevTech is supporting the development of tools utilizing value-chain analysis to identify ways that micro and small enterprises (MSEs) can improve their competitiveness in local, national and global markets.

DevTech works with Mendez, England & Associates on the Water Tracking, Estimating, and Reporting Support (WaTERS) Program, which provides accurate and timely information for and about USAID's water and coastal resources management activities.
