- DevTech is the prime contractor for USAID/Guatemala’s Decentralization and Local Governance Program (PDGL, acronym in Spanish). PDGL (2005-2009) is working to improve the capacity of 4 mancomunidades and 15 municipalities to provide services to their residents, support decentralization policy, and enhance citizen participation.
- DevTech manages USAID’s Economic and Social Data Base (ESDB), develops global, sector-specific statistical information and user-friendly systems to analyze large data sets as part of the services provided under the Economic Analysis and Data Services contract (2007-2012).

DevTech provides Environmental Compliance Support Services (2005-2008) to the Bureau for Europe and Eurasia and the Missions to help them meet their objectives of environmental compliance with federal regulations and procedures through developing appropriate management information systems, training, and special reporting.
- DevTech is conducting an evaluation of the impact of Fast Track Initiative funding on the development of community schools in Zambia.
- Through the Moldova Governance Country Threshold Program, DevTech provides technical assistance under the Tax Administration Reform Component, which is designed to prevent and deter corruption in the administration of tax law by reducing opportunities for corruption and improving efficiency in tax assessments and collections.
- In Morocco, DevTech is a subcontractor on
the Improving the Business Climate in Morocco (IBCM) Program. This program supports the government's efforts to be more responsive to the needs of business, so that business may more effectively contribute to Morocco’s goals of expanded economic growth and job creation.
- DevTech is the prime contractor responsible for implementing USAID's Safe Schools Program (2003-2008), a five-year pilot program to reduce school-related gender-based violence (SRGBV) to improve educational outcomes and reduce negative health outcomes.
- DevTech is a subcontractor on USAID’s Ed Data II (2004–2008) activity, which is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating education data through the use of surveys at the household level.
