Gender Training

 

DevTech has a core team of trainers skilled in gender analysis and adult learning methodologies with experience training men and women around the world at the program management and community levels.

Our trainers also have specific knowledge of USAID policies and planning processes and are experienced in transferring skills in gender analysis to program managers tailored to the USAID context.

 

 

     

 

 

Types of training DevTech offers:

  • Integration of gender within activity planning, design, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation;
  • Gender awareness for implementing partners at the national and local levels;
  • "How to" workshops for USAID personnel and contractor/recipient staff on gender analysis
  • Sector specific trainings for development practitioners (e.g. gender & health, gender & agriculture)
