DevTech was contracted by USAID/Zambia to conduct an evaluation of the impact of Fast Track Initiative (FTI) funding on the development of community schools in the country. The evaluation examines three separate programs that received FTI funding, looks at the institutions that have been impacted through the funding, and looked at specific teacher training interventions at the target community schools. The evaluation recommends future directions for education programming in Zambia, strategic targets for FTI funding, and recommendations to address the problem of teacher attrition.
