DevTech Systems is actively recruiting financial management and procurement professionals with at least 10 years of experience operating in a highly complex and fast-paced environment for short-, medium-, and/or long-term assignments overseas.

• Financial Management Professionals should have experience developing cost estimates for large infrastructure and social development projects, knowledge of generally accepted international best practices for governmental and project accounting and financial management, and strong information systems skills. Among the specialized skills desired (one or all): cash management; funds control and documentation; internal controls; auditing; financial reporting to the public; and vendor payment systems.
• Procurement Professionals should have experience managing procurement for infrastructure and social development projects, including experience developing short-lists, improving transparency in the procurement process, establishing efficient management systems, and technical and cost analysis.

All candidates should have the interest and capacity to travel on short notice to the developing world, strong writing skills, and experience training. Foreign language skills are preferred (Spanish, Portuguese, and French).
