EdData II

EdData II, as part of the services offered by EGAT/ED to USAID and as the education data section of the Demographic Household Surveys (DHS), collects, analyzes, and disseminates education data through surveys at the household level. For additional information, please visit the EdData II webiste.

DevTech was a subcontractor to the Research Triangle Institute (RTI) and serves as a source of technical support and expertise for USAID Missions, Bureaus and other USAID operating units. DevTech's role included assessing gender issues in education through the data, ensuring that appropriate sex-disaggregated data is collected through the surveys, and identifying gender constraints revealed by the data.
