Business Process Improvement and Re-engineering
- Applying Business Process Improvement techniques to identify the features to be automated for the Kenya Revenue Authority
- Analyzing the business process of the Bureau of Internal Revenue in the Philippines
- Designing and pilot testing of a GPS-based customs transit control system
- Developing automation plans, full systemization design and architecture, database development, and data processing centralizatio for a the installation of a micro-wave backbone to enable the implementation of a paperless filing, processing, and archiving management information system for the Bosnia tax administrations
- Providing information technical consulting services to design and install a call center for the El Salvador Internal Revenue Service
Data Analysis and Management Systems
- Developing country monitoring and visualization tools for the State Department and USAID
- Operating the Economic and Social Database that is utilized by the State Department and USAID
- Upgrading the Global Education Database periodically
Web-based platforms for USG Data Collection
- Collecting data on an annual and ongoing basis from more than 40 reporting agencies/offices from across the government
- Developing an interactive intranet web-based database to satisfy 22CFR216.10 for the Bureau of Eastern Europe and Eurasia and the bilateral program in Colombia
