DevTech is a partner on the team led by The Louis Berger Group, Inc. Under this vehicle, DevTech provides USAID Bureaus and Missions short- and long-term technical assistance or training under task orders to support development of business services (e.g. market access, product development, technology support services and technical training) suitable for microenterprises and low-income households.

DevTech can provide a range of services including long-term in-country project implementation and short-term technical assistance for assessments, research, surveys, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, workshops, and training.

Under this contract, potential activities under this contracting vehicle link education with health to improve global health, including child and maternal health, reproductive health, and reduce the incidence of disease, especially HIV/AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis.

DevTech is a subcontractor to PA Government Services, Inc. (PA). Under this vehicle, DevTech responds to requests for technical assistance to support environmental policy reform and institutional strengthening, improvements in environmental quality, and sustainable natural resource management.

International Governmental Integrity and Anti-Corruption Technical Assistance Services Indefinite Quantity Contract

(Anti-Corruption IQC)

DevTech is a subcontractor on a team led by DPK Consulting that provides a comprehensive range of services to combat corruption, from diagnostic analysis and needs assessments, to strategy formulation, program implementation, and conduct monitoring and evaluation.

DevTech provides support to an IRG-led team that addresses a range of activities related to biodiversity conservation and natural resources management, including providing USAID Missions and Operating Units technical assistance in carrying out activities that meet USAID’s Biodiversity Conservation Code.

A member of the University Research Corporation International, IRIS Center, DevTech provides technical assistance to Missions and USAID/Washington Bureaus in a full range of legislative and institutional reform areas, including, but not limited to competition law, deregulation, e-commerce, insolvency and bankruptcy, and property rights law.

Working as a part of the Booz Allen Hamilton consortium, DevTech provides technical and advisory services to address business, trade and investment constraints to economic growth in USAID-presence countries, focusing on both macro- and micro-economic foundations for growth. 

A member of a consortium led by Development Alternatives, Inc., DevTech provides USAID with technical assistance in all areas of economic policy and strengthening of economic institutions, including fiscal policy, tax administration, macroeconomic analysis, and strategic development planning.

DevTech is a member of the small business holder—Mendez England & Associates. SUMII provides short-, medium-, and long-term advisory and assistance services that are responsive to the urban development needs of USAID Missions, Pillar Bureaus, and operating units across functional areas: 1) Urban Services and Shelter; 2) Effectiveness, Responsibility, and Accountability of Local Government Organizations; 3) Environmental Management Practices, 4) Disaster Preparedness, Response, and Recovery; and 5) Finance and Credit Systems.

DevTech leads a consortium to provide technical assistance to USAID Bureaus, Missions, and operating units to ensure that gender is integrated as a key development variable in all activities and in all phases of planning, implementation, and assessment.

DevTech provided USAID bureaus and missions with short-term advisory and technical assistance in the design, implementation, research, and evaluation of education, training and human resource development projects.

DevTech was a member of a consortium led by the Checchi Consulting/Louis Berger Group, Inc. joint venture. Through this vehicle, DevTech provided USAID with assistance for program, project, and activity evaluations for USAID Missions and Bureaus.
