DevTech is a member of a consortium led by Development Alternatives, Inc. to provide the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) with technical assistance in the following areas:

• Fiscal policy and tax administration
• Trade and exchange rate policy
• National income accounting
• Strategic development planning
• Macroeconomic policy coordination/integration
• Monetary policy, banking, and central bank operations
• Labor market analysis and policy
• Sectoral policy analysis

DevTech has been awarded the following task order(s) under this vehicle:

• Tax Policy and Administration Reform in El Salvador (2005-2009)

• Improving the Business Climate in Morocco (2005-2009)

Under the previous SEGIR MACRO IQC, DevTech was awarded the following task orders:

• Nigeria Budget Processes Support (2002-2005)
• Support For Economic And Fiscal Reform: Budget Reform in Ukraine (2001-2004)
• Guatemalan Fiscal Policy Reforms (2001-2003)
• Tax Administration Modernization Project in Bosnia-Herzogovina I (2001-2002) & II (2003-2006)

To procure DevTech's services:

1. Prepare a Scope of Work (SOW) within the framework and scope of the respective contract.

2. Submit the SOW to USAID Cognizant Technical Officer (CTO). If the SOW is within the framework and scope of the contract, it is submitted to the appropriate Contracting Officer of the requesting Mission or Bureau. Bid procedures will be determined by the Contracting Officer.
