The Environmental Policy and Institutional Strengthening Indefinite Quantity Contract II (EPIQ II) enables rapid access to technical expertise in three consortia that support policy reform and institutional strengthening, improvements in environmental quality, and sustainable natural resource management. DevTech contributes to EPIQ II as a subcontractor to the consortium led by PA Government Services.

Through EPIQ II, DevTech can support work within and among the following technical areas: linking environment and economic growth, environmental policy support, multilateral environmental agreements, global climate change, public-private partnerships, and institutional development and strengthening.

To date, DevTech’s task orders awarded under this contract include:

• Cyprus Biodiversity Assessment (2005-2006)
• Biodiversity Analyses for Ukraine, Belarus, and Moldova (2006-2007)

To access services under the EPIQ II IQC, prepare a draft scope of work including the anticipated tasks, deliverables and level of effort, then contact the USAID officer responsible for EPIQ II. Each of the three consortia is able to compete on every task order.
