DevTech is a subcontractor on a team lead by DPK Consulting (DPK) that provides a comprehensive range of services from diagnostic analysis and needs assessments, to strategy formulation, to program implementation, monitoring and evaluation.  The team can help the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to achieve sustainable results with respect to:

• Economic growth through transparency in trade and investment, private sector development and privatization;
• Good governance through legal and regulatory reform, public procurement, tax and customs administration, legislative oversight, administration of justice, decentralization and local government;
• Sectoral and cross-sectoral programs through accountable management of resources dedicated to environmental protection; health and education.

Background of the IQC

USAID has given high priority to good governance as an essential determinant of economic growth, social progress, and the consolidation of democratic societies.  USAID policy recognizes that good governance demands transparent and accountable public institutions, sound policies that minimize incentives and opportunities for corruption, an effective rule of law, and a vigilant and empowered civil society.The International Governmental Integrity and Anti-Corruption Technical Assistance Services Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) provides a vehicle to access advice, assistance and training services for USAID offices in missions abroad, Washington, and non-presence country offices.  Activities under this IQC encompass: public financial, administrative, and regulatory measures; transparency initiatives; civil society advocacy, education, and monitoring; audit, procurement, and other public sector capacity strengthening; and integration of governmental integrity and anti-corruption dimensions into sectoral and sub-sectoral programs and activities.USAID missions and offices can gain ready access to our team's experience and expertise, and those of its team of subcontractors under the International Governmental Integrity and Anti-Corruption Services Indefinite Quantity Contract.

How to Obtain the Services of our Anti-Corruption Consulting Team Under the IQC:

DevTech is prepared to connect USAID offices and missions with our team, to develop programs and activities under this contract that will be responsive to USAID needs.  Our team will also respond to task orders issued as full competition among all the IQC holders.

Since DPK qualifies as a small-business under this IQC, USAID offices and missions may issue task orders through DPK Consulting to DevTech for services at any of the three tiers of activity specified in the IQC without further competition.  Please contact us for additional information.
