William Herreño

William Herreño is the Help Desk and Assistant Programmer for the Colombia Monitoring and Evaluation Program. Before working with DevTech, Mr. Herreño was a Monitoring and Evaluation Official with Creative Associates International in Colombia from 2008-2011. Previously he wasa Systems Engineer for the Univerity of La Salle in Colombia.
