Rubén Suárez

Rubén Suárez is the Director of the Clearinghouse and Reporting Unit of the Colombia Monitoring and Evaluation Program. Prior to his work with DevTech Mr. Suárez was the Applications Coordinator for the Colombia Municipal Level Alternative Development program (known by its Spanish acronym, ADAM). Between 2003 and 2006 Mr. Suárez worked as an Information Systems Specialist for the Colombia Alternative Development (CAD) program with Chemonics International. He has served as a consultant in the IT area with companies including MSI International and Mercy Corps. He designed and implemented Information Systems for Dupont, Marconi and Chevron Texaco. He is a certified Microsoft engineer and trainer since 1999 and has significant interest in data mining and business intelligence. He has 10 years experience in the area of monitoring and evaluation and international development.
