Michael Shea

Michael Shea is a Senior Economist for DevTech's Economic Analysis and Data Services project and works with various offices and bureaus at the U.S. Agency for International Development. Since earning his MS in economics, Mr. Shea has worked for more than 20 years doing economic and data analysis. He has worked on research projects including education, stock markets, and microfinance. Mr. Shea has extensive experience in survey design, indicator development, and the analysis of education and trade capacity building.
