Matt Gyory

Matt Gyory is an Economist with DevTech's Economic Analysis and Data Services project. He holds a master of public policy, with a focus on International Policy and Development, from the Georgetown Public Policy Institute and bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Government from Lafayette College. Mr. Gyory has studied the effects of mobile phones on developing countries and worked as a consultant at the World Bank developing databases for use in public expenditure reviews. He is a SAS® 9 Certified Base Programmer.
