Kirstin McCarthy

Kirstin McCarthy is an Education and Development Specialist. Ms. McCarthy is DevTech's Education Practice Leader and supports all of DevTech's education programs. She has completed short term assignments for DevTech's education and monitoring and evaluation projects in Dominican Republic, Colombia, Ghana, and Tanzania. Ms. McCarthy previously served as the Associate Director of Programs at the Business Higher Education Forum. She has a background in developing public-private partnerships, significant experience with higher education finance, and two years of classroom teaching experience overseas. She has a Masters in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA in English and Education from Bates College. She is fluent in Spanish.
