Jennifer Torres

Jennifer Torres is a Senior Economist for DevTech's Economic Analysis and Data Services project. She holds an MS in Economics. Ms. Torres has served on DevTech projects for over eight years. She has expertise in U.S. Government foreign assistance funding, having built and maintained USAID's Foreign Assistance Database. She has become an authority on the OECD's International Development Statistics (IDS Online), and the United States submission to this organization. Additionally, she has represented the U.S. at the OECD/DAC Working Group on Statistics.
