Dominic DaCosta

Dominic DaCosta is an Economist with DevTech’s Economic Analysis and Data Services project. He has expertise in U.S. Government foreign assistance funding, working on the USAID Foreign Assistance Database. Mr. DaCosta is proficient with the OECD’s International Development Statistics (IDS Online), and the United States annual submission to this organization. Additionally, he has represented the U.S. at the OECD/DAC Working Group on Statistics. Mr. DaCosta holds a MS in Economics.
