Assistance to Basic Education (ABE)/Basic Education

USAID (2005–2013)

DevTech provides services through two basic education IQCs: one full and open competition IQC and one small business set-aside IQC.

These contracting vehicles can be used to access long-term in-country project implementation and short-term technical assistance for assessments, research, surveys, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, workshops, and training. Task orders may also include services related to procuring commodities such as textbooks, computers, school supplies and repairing or improving schools.

Task orders may address a range of basic education activities including:

  • education finance & administration
  • education in predominantly Muslim countries
  • information and communication technologies
  • local capacity building
  • non-formal education
  • primary education and secondary education
  • school-community development
  • teacher training
  • underserved populations such as girls

For further information on accessing DevTech's services through either the full and open IQC or the small business set aside IQC, please contact education@devtechsys.com.
